Procedures

1. Referring to the Public Service Office in the branch where the murabaha fund file is found to fill the request form and attach documents needed.
2. The concerned Public Service Office officer verifies the file making sure that the applicant has concluded all obligations, and prepares the required certificate, as the case requires.
3. The certificate is signed by the branch director or the Public Service Office director.
4. The concerned Public Service officer hands over the certificate to the applicant.
